Fair Use Policy
CareCodeAI subscriptions are licensed on a per-user basis and are intended for normal individual clinical and coding workflows.

To ensure consistent service quality for all customers, subscriptions may not be shared among multiple users or utilized for automated, scripted, batch-processing, or other non-standard use
cases.

CompleteCare reserves the right to review accounts demonstrating unusually excessive usage that materially exceeds normal individual provider or coder activity. If usage patterns indicate that an alternative subscription tier or enterprise agreement would better support the customer's operational needs, CompleteCare may contact the customer to discuss available options.

The Fair Use Policy is intended to protect platform performance while allowing normal day-to-day clinical use without artificial transaction limits.
